    I must say Janet from Blundells was excellent . She kept me informed and updated . She made sure I was not loosing out on the sale. I bought the property from Janet and she also assisted me in selling it . I’m very grateful for the excellent service she provided . As house buying or selling could be very stressful

    Highly recommend them

    Blundells were very professional throughout. Our sales negotiator Sam was excellent and was extremely patient when posed with some tricky negotiations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

    My service feedback with Sales

    I have generally been very pleased with how Blundells handled the sale of 27 Kearsley Road. However, over the last few days I have been very annoyed with the way, and the attitude with which Countrywide have followed up. Apparently small sum remained unpaid after I had assumed that the all bills had been payed. The letters and multiple emails demanding instant payement over a period of a week were borderline threatening.The bill is now paid but I am left wondering what would have happened had I been working abroad as I often do for periods of up to a month. I think that the department dealing with this should learn that their clients do not live their lives for tthe departments convenience. RWP
