    Perfect! Cannot fault.

    All the team at the Hillsborough Branch did a fantastic job. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. They kept me fully informed throughout the process and made it a very pleasant transaction. I would definitely recommend Blundells and would use again.

    My service feedback with Sales

    Used Blundells 3 years ago and had a positive experience so returned to them. Unfortunately this time around poor service. Contact person kept changing and found out more from the estate agent that we were buying from than our own estate agents. Will not be using again.

    They were friendly and provided a helpful and professional service. The brochure/advertisement produced was of high quality and the photos showed it in absolutely its best light, as did the accompanying blurb.

    My service feedback with Sales

    I found David Green to be very helpful in advising me on the best way to market the property. Blundells also managed the viewings well. The only comment I would make on that is that they kept ringing me asking questions about things like" how much were the water rates and the age of boiler. A simple customer questionnaire covering the general things buyers ask would have been useful. On several occasions I contacted your office and left messages on an answer machine only to have to call back a few hours later. When I rang asking for updates on the sale progress I found it confusing as I spoke to 3 or 4 different people and there was a lack of consistency in the responses. One major concern I had was when I visited my property only a couple of weeks ago and discovered that Someone had been in there without me being informed and when I contacted your office was told there was no record of the key being given out. The only keys to the house are the one I had and the other was in your office. Generally the people I dealt with in the office were polite and Professional.

    Service could have been better

    Service was satisfactory, but there were times when they acted as though they were working for the buyer, rather than ourselves the sellers, who would ultimately be paying their fee.
