    Good in parts

    Generally good. The initial and final stages of the process were well handled with plenty of purposeful communication. The middle few months were not so satisfactory as communication was minimal. It was unfortunate too that despite having an outlook over a park (which is believed to increase the value of a property) my mother had to agree a significant reduction in order to agree a sale.

    My service feedback with Sales

    The purchase and sale was perfect, renting was hit and miss from very good to horrifically poor. The city Center branch were among the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with and despite the fact our whole property sale could have collapsed if we didn’t find somewhere to rent they weren’t interested. I even told them I may have to pull the sale of our house and didn’t get a reply.

    Poor service

    Issues with staff being absent but no out of office on email, copy for advertising - grammar and description poor. Had initial call from an advisor introducing themselves as a contact only to not deal with her throughout the whole process. No evidence of team working as others could not help with queries.
