Finding the right property for yourself, your partner, or even your family to rent, may seem a daunting prospect. Blundells are here to make the whole process as stress free as possible.

Our team are on hand to answer any queries you may have, including:

¤ What do I do when I’ve found my perfect property?

To apply for a property, please complete and return your application forms together with your ID. These can be collected from any of our offices or simply click on the link below to print a copy immediately. An administration fee will be payable upon submission of your application and full details will be provided by our viewing representative.

You will be required to pass a credit check and the referencing process should take around 3 working days. Once the passed reports have been released we will arrange a move-in-date and a convenient time for you to sign the Tenancy Agreement. Anyone over the age of 18 must be on the Tenancy Agreement and sign the legal documentation.

At the point of signing the Tenancy Agreement you will also receive the following documentation:

¤ A copy of the annual Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate (if applicable)
¤ Tenancy Agreement and Section 21 Notice (legal notice stating vacation date)
¤ Inventory (if applicable)
¤ Details of the repair line
¤ Business card with details of your personal Lettings Co-ordinator
¤ Standing Order Mandate
¤ Landlord details for future reference (if applicable)

Once you have moved into your property, you will be required to take meter readings for all utilities and inform the relevant utility companies of your new occupation.

On the day of sign-up we will always ask for one month rent and bond to be paid in advance. We accept payment on debit card, credit card (added 3% fee) or a bankers draft. We are unable to accept cash.

On all properties managed by Blundells our dedicated team are on hand during your tenancy if faults or repairs are reported or if you require advice regarding your tenancy.
