Terms and conditions of Blundells Conveyancing
Sale Conveyancing
The price you have been quoted includes the legal fees for the sale of your property including the discharge of one mortgage/charge.
Additional fees will be as follows:-
• Long leasehold houses - £50
• Flats/apartments/maisonettes - £100
Above plus VAT
These will be collected directly by the lawyers.

Purchase Conveyancing
The price you have been quoted includes the legal fees for the purchase of one property including the creation of one mortgage/charge. Additional fees will be as follows:-
• Long leasehold houses £50
• Flats/apartments/maisonettes £100
• New Homes £100
• Stamp Duty Land Tax Form £75
• Bank Transfer fee £35
• Any additional searches
Above plus VAT. Stamp duty will also be payable at the prevailing rate. Land registration fees. These costs will be collected directly by the lawyers.
