Trio of Angels set to auction the region’s hottest lots
Good morning Charlie!
Charlie's Angels have swooped into Blundells Auction House, with a new appointment giving the first all girl Auction House trio in the country.
Natalie Bates, aged 24, is Blundells' new auction administrator, responsible for booking and accompanying viewings, offering advice on the auction process, booking valuations, and liaising with solicitors.
Natalie has worked for Sheffield and North Derbyshire's leading estate agent as a sales promoter for the last three years, and is working towards an honours degree in Planning and Property Development at Sheffield Hallam University.
She is looking forward to working with the two other ‘Angels' - auctioneer and senior residential valuer Lucy Crapper and auction coordinator Sarah McCallum, to expand her knowledge in the auction market and learn the tricks of the trade.
Lucy Crapper, auctioneer and senior residential valuer at Blundells Auction House, said: “We are delighted to welcome to the Blundells Auction House team. Not only does she bring with her a wealth of knowledge on the planning side of the market, but she also a strong background in properties after working for Blundells for three years.
