First time buyers assisted with house of their dreams!
A married couple from Sheffield are looking forward to moving into the house of their dreams – thanks to a helping hand from Blundells and a dragon from the den!
Leo and Adreene Isaacs, aged 32 and 30 from Halfway, Sheffield, have taken advantage of Blundells Assist, an interest-free loan initiative for buyers and sellers, enabling them to fund their legal fees and stamp duty and get on the property ladder quicker.
The couple, who have been married for five years and have a seven month old baby, Amelia, have now successfully put in an offer for a three bedroom semi-detached house in Intake and are due to move in on June 1.
Adreene said: “At the moment Leo and I are renting a two bedroom house in Halfway, which is nice, but we've always wanted to get on the property ladder and have saved for years for the deposit.
“We finally managed to get to our target, but still needed to find the legal fees and stamp duty. So we were excited when we heard about the benefits of Blundells Assist and what it offered.
