At the peak of their career
The Crystal Peaks branch of leading estate agent Blundells swept the board at the company's annual awards ceremony.
The team won six out of 12 awards, including joint winner of the Branch of the Year, at the event held at Sheffield Park Hotel.
The Mortgage Cup, which recognises the best mortgage sign ups and Branch Conveyancing award, for referring the most conveyancing leads to solicitors, also added to their glory.
In addition, Crystal Peaks' staff Yvonne Millington won the Relocation Leads award, Sue Pope clinched the Mortgage Consultant of the Year accolade and the Alison Buxton Award for Individual Mortgage Introducer went to Lynn Redgate.
Director Ian Appleyard, said: "I am delighted that the hard work and dedication of the Crystal Peaks staff has been recognised. We have a great team who have really gone above and beyond over the past year and to win six awards is a wonderful achievement."
Crystal Peaks shared the Branch of the Year accolade with the Hathersage office and Fine & Country which specialises in marketing and selling more expensive properties.
The strongly contested Employee of the Year award was shared by Liz Hinshelwood, HR sales trainer and branch sales manager at Hathersage and Roger Newcomb, lettings accompanied viewing representative and inspector.
Blundells founder Mike Blundell, who oversees the Dronfield branch, was awarded the Valuer of the Year accolade for the second year running.
Mike said: "I thoroughly enjoy my job so was delighted to pick up this award again. It has been a difficult period for the property market so the continued effort from our staff is exceptional - I am extremely proud of them and thrilled that their successes can be celebrated at an awards ceremony such as this.
